Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Below are our cancellation and refund guidelines to help guests understand their rights and responsibilities.
1. Cancellation Policy
● Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation up to 7 days before arrival without any charges.
● If canceled within 7 days of check-in, the full booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
● If guests do not show up on the check-in date without prior notice, the entire booking amount will be forfeited as a no-show penalty.
2. Refund Policy
● If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation.
● Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of booking.
● Guests must provide valid account details for refund processing (if required).
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
● Bookings made under special promotions, discounted rates, or last-minute deals are non-refundable.
● Once checked in, bookings become non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Early Check-Out & Amendments
● Once checked in, guests are responsible for the full booking amount, even if they choose to check out early.
● Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Force Majeure & Exceptional Cases
● In cases of natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances, the hotel may offer flexible cancellation or rescheduling options.
● Any refund in such cases will be at the sole discretion of management.
