1. General Policy

By booking a stay at our property, you agree to follow the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests. The management reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

● Check-in time: 01:00 PM
● Check-out time: 11:00 AM
● Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
● If guests fail to check out by the designated time, a full day’s charge will apply.

3. Guest Identification & Age Requirement

● Guests must be 18 years or older to book and stay at the property.
● A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, Aadhaar card, or voter ID) is required at check-in for each guest.
● International guests must present a valid passport with a visa stamp at check-in.
● The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in without valid identification.

4. Payment & Booking Policy

● Full payment must be made at the time of booking or check-in.
● Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or digital payment platforms. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
● Any balance due must be settled before check-out.
● Prices may vary depending on seasonal demand, special promotions, or additional requests.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

● Guests must adhere to the Cancellation & Refund Policy (detailed separately).
● If a guest fails to check in without prior notice, the full amount of the stay will be charged as a no-show penalty.

6. House Rules & Code of Conduct

To ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay, guests must follow these house rules:
● No smoking inside rooms or cottages. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
● No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the property.
● Pets are not allowed on the premises.
● Guests should not invite outside visitors into their rooms.
● Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
● Any damage to property will be charged to the guest’s registered payment method.

7. Security & Liability

● The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests are advised to use in-room safes (if available) and secure their valuables.
● The management reserves the right to ask any guest to leave without a refund in case of misconduct, violation of rules, or unlawful activities.

8. Property Rights & Admission

● The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest who does not comply with policies or appears to pose a risk to staff or other guests.
● Any illegal activity or violation of policies will be reported to law enforcement.

By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund.
